She has been the co-founder behind more than fifteen start-ups, building businesses and brands from the ground up including Collective Hospitality, The Wharf, Orakei Bay and I Want Orange.
Semele’s philosophy is to identify and develop talent, build momentum and a culture of integrity, excellence and growth. She has a Bachelor in Visual Arts with a major in photography and filmmaking. She is a certified Kundalini yoga instructor with a deep love of nature and creating joy and wellbeing.
She is also a founder of the global art project ‘Peace in 10,000 Hands’ to further generate the conversation for peace and selling artworks to raise funds to further peace through children’s education.

Rinus is a hospitality professional who has worked across many levels of the business with an excellent understanding of catering, operations, sales, event management, planning, business development and customer relationship management. Rinus has been with Collective since 2012 and understands what it truly takes to plan and deliver a memorable hospitality experience and exceed client expectation, no matter the event size or location.
Sarah leads the Wellington Collective team. She has been working in hospitality across NZ and Australia for 15 years, an expert in catering, hotels, temporary staff agency and winery restaurants.
Stuart Robertson is recognised by US Origin magazine as one of the world’s top 45 creatives.
As a business leader and born entrepreneur, Robertson has spent close to three decades in various creative roles innovating for clients as the founding Director & owner of businesses in advertising, publishing, production, catering, brand activation, events and experiential marketing.
Stu founded global philanthropic photographic art project, Peace in 10,000 Hands and speaks regularly at global events, including TEDx, for thought leadership, creating and delivering authenticity in today’s experience economy.
Sarah brings extensive knowledge and passion for business, with her decade of experience spanning across a range of industries and organisational sizes. Her expansive portfolio of qualifications included: Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Graduate Diploma Business Studies (major in Communications Management) and Bachelor of Commerce (majors in Marketing & Accounting).
